Clark Williams has been Director of Community Development since September 2004, and has over 30 years of expierence in urban, environmental, and comprehensive planning, municipal administration, economic and business development.

Clark holds a Master's Degree of Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor's Degree from Oklahoma State University.

He is a member of the American Planning Association, and Oklahoma Flood Plain Manager. He has developed, owned, and built single/multi-family projects, managed large public transportation construction projects, as well as structuring and selling commercial and residential real estate.

Clark and his wife have a son and daughter.

Amanda Percival has been the City Clerk/Treasurer since January 2007. Amanda is a native Oklahoman who graduated from Waynoka High School and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant who previously worked for the State of Oklahoma specializing in Governmental Accounting for seven years. Amanda has lived in Piedmont since 2005 with her husband and two children.

Chief Koester was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and attended Putnam City Schools, graduating in 1962. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the Oklahoma National Guard, and served with the 45TH Military Police Company. He later transferred to the Oklahoma Air National Guard, where he served in the Security Police, until honorably discharged in 1970.Chief Koester earned a criminal justice administration degree from Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma City. He is a graduate of the 95TH FBI National Academy, and has attended many seminars and conferences pertaining to law enforcement and management with national and state affiliations.

Chief Koester is married and he and his wife Jennetta have a son, Andy. Jennetta is an elementary media director, and Andy is a practicing family law attorney in Oklahoma City.

Bud Stuber has been the Public Utilities Supervisor for 11 years and has been working with the department of 15 years.

He has a Class C Certification in Water and a Class D Certification in Wastewater. He recieved Employee of the Year in 2003 and 2006. He was also awarded the Oklahoma Rural Water Operator of the Year in 1998.

Bud has lived in Piedmont since 1984, and lives here with his two children.
