Clark Williams has been the Director of Community Development since September 2004 and the Acting City Manager since May of 2009, and has over 31 years of experience in urban environmental, and comprehensive planning, municipal administration, economic and business development.
Clark holds a Master's Degree of Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma, and Bachelor's Degree from Oklahoma State University.
He is a member of the American Planning Association, and Oklahoma Flood Plain Manager. He has developed, owned, and built single/multi-family projects, managed large public transportation construction projects, as well as structuring and selling commercial and residential real estate.
Clark and his wife have a son and daughter.
