2. Code Enforcement Complaint Form
   Submit one form for each complaint. The more information that we receive, the easier it will be to research this complaint.
   
   Once a request is made, the Community Development Department will research this complaint. We are required to give the owner a certain amount of days to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved, an official complaint will be made with the Police Department.
