Plea Agreement / Guilty
In the event of a plea agreement or you are found guilty a cash bond will be applied toward what is owed. If you have up a surety bond, you will be required to pay all fines due.
Not Guilty
If you are found not guilty the full amount of a cash bond will be refunded. If fines are lowered according to a plea and you have up a cash bond, the difference will be refunded. This refund will be made by check from the City.
